Indeed, something I never expected to do, but, having lost teeth at different times over the years, I was starting to get a bit short of ivory towers. So I started by seeking a replacement for a tooth that had been extracted while on holiday, a nasty old tooth that, quite frankly, I was glad to have removed. I had some trepidation when I sat in Philip's chair - first question: 'What's your choice in music?' So with a background of soothing classical (i.e. no dramatic percussion), Philip got to work. The procedure was so absent of discomfort, I was taken quite by surprise when he said 'That's your post in.' A clinician who places the comfort of the patient at the forefront of everything he does. However I joined Giffnock Village Dental \nGroup a couple of years ago when I had toothache. Since then I have had a filling and recently an extraction.\nDuring my time there I have been amazed at the kindness of all the staff and Phillip has certainly helped to \ncalm my nerves with his patience and understanding. I even had a follow up telephone call from the practice\nto check how I was the day after my extraction. Customer satisfaction in my eyes. Delighted with my recent dental implant by Dr Larmour and his team. Smiling a lot more and that's got to be a good... thing. The procedure was no more painful that any other dental treatment that I have had over the years. Dr Larmour was very good about explaining the whole process as we went through the various stages and always took my preferences into considereation in the decision making. Happy to recommend him to friends and family, many thanks to him and the rest of the team.read more

Recently joined the practice and needed a filling , thought it would have been very painful and difficult to do, but... due to the service provided it was really good, it was explained what was being done , would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentists.read more

Dr Philip Larmour and his team are first class. He is a terrific dental surgeon coupled with being a friendly, genuine... guy. His team are as equally friendly and efficient and would have no hesitation in highly recommending to anybody requiring any type of dental treatment.read more

Staff were amazing and so professional. Just joined the practice. I am a very nervous patient but everyone was so... lovely. The dentist was very informative and understanding. Some very hi tech equipment and the hygiene clean was amazing. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much.read more

Had been bothered with dental pain for years, changed to giffnock village dentist and with their state of art equipment... very quickly diagnosed and treated problem. Pain free ever since . Thanks to a great professional team would highly recommend a visit.read more
